I think Fox Tower only has an outside pool, but a really nice one for summer. I love the window seats in the Great Cedars. The pool at the Great Cedars is small and needs better lighting.
If you plan to use the Spa and Pool I would suggest the Grand Pequot since it is easily accessible from your room. If it is your first time staying at Foxwoods you might want to consider a couple of things.
